Iron
Iron deficiency underlies many health problems like fatigue, depression, chronic immune challenges (frequent infections) underactive thyroid and high cholesterol. The best way to have your iron levels checked is via a blood test through your local doctor. The tests that measure iron are Haemoglobin and Ferritin. We prefer to have the results of both of these.
Hair mineral analysis will also reveal the reasons behind any iron deficiency, explaining why anaemia may be present even with normal iron levels in your blood.
